Teresa and her husband Mark first decided to move to Sanibel in 1986 during their first visit to the islands. Sanibel had the same small town charm they were used to from growing up in East Tennessee.

With a merchandising degree from the University of Tennessee, Teresa decided to get her Real Estate License and start selling her love of the islands.

“We met Theresa in January of 2010 when we stopped by the sanibel office to inquire about the availability of properties in the area. She was gracious and helpful and through a series of meetings and showings, we were able to develop a real good idea of the type of property we were interested in purchasing. Given the size of the market and the large number of alternatives, Theresa did a great job in focusing us on the locations, price range and units that were most attractive. This included a wide range of alternatives in the Sanibel and SW Ft. Myers area. We never felt that our time was wasted or that there was any pressure from her.
