“We met Theresa in January of 2010 when we stopped by the sanibel office to inquire about the availability of properties in the area. She was gracious and helpful and through a series of meetings and showings, we were able to develop a real good idea of the type of property we were interested in purchasing. Given the size of the market and the large number of alternatives, Theresa did a great job in focusing us on the locations, price range and units that were most attractive.
